I have used several offline blog editors such as Zoundry, Windows Live Writer. I think Live writer is best, but it needs .net framework support.That means it must be installed on Windows XP or later. I just have OS windows 2000, so I can not use live writer. Zoundry is also multi-featured except no tagging to Wordpress. I find another offline editor named Qumana. Test it now.

Testing result:

1. Can not edit the slug of post
2. Can not support the built-in tag inserting to Wordpress.
3. Have “Power Logo” like “Powered by Qumana” at the end of each new post by default

If you do not care above disadvantages, it should be better blog offline editor.
