牢骚太盛防肠断
近来情绪不是很好，易怒，易牢骚，可能春天来了，地气太盛，脾为土，土旺则木折，肝为木，故易怒，易牢骚。这些东西说来可能有些牵强，还是控制一下自己的情绪好一些。毕竟牢骚太多，怨天忧人也只能显示自己不够成熟，不够专业，还是踏踏实实做自己能做的事。
